I enjoyed the level of service with Arete. When calling to schedule my appointments it was really smooth and the office crew was nice. The tech that treated my home Joseph was really cool! He and Arete truly care about their customers and their satisfaction. If am issue comes up between regular visits they come out and address the problem, usually within 24-48°. I'm extremely happy with Arete pest control!
Update: Disregard my entire review below. I can admit when I'm wrong & have a ridiculous insect-phobia & just so happened to buy a home in a heavily wooded area. Arete has been great with follow up & education. I am completely satisfied with their service & response time. My apologies & I'm glad to have your team in my side.
Extremely professional employee. He made me feel extremely comfortable. He’s also extremely knowledgeable about the work and he does I had many questions and he asked them all. Thank you for having employee like this and hopefully he’s a supervisor one day
Emmanuel was very professional and knowledgeable. I had several points of entry and went with a full exclusion. He did a fantastic job and went above and beyond on some other small jobs. Would recommend highly.
Thank goodness for Emmanuel and Arete Pest Control. After dealing with rodents for literally years, he was able to seal up openings under my front stairs and under my back deck and finally stopped them from coming and going. He did everything he could to get into the small area without having to rip up my deck -- and thank goodness they made it work and didn't have to! Emmanuel did a good job immediately ID'ing spots where they were entering and sealing them up upon the first visit. It took awhile but they stuck with it and didn't hesitate to come out the minute I heard noises. Thank you so much. I can finally sleep at night!
Just to be frank when I first found this company I was a little skeptical to say the least. Everything seemed to be too good to be true, but between the customer service of the office and technicians I can definitely say I’m very glad that I have a company to trust my business with. Kendall was very quick to decipher my issue and provide adequate treatment. Very satisfied and will definitely recommend to others.
Joseph was tremendous. He took extra time outside to prepare for spring, was thorough inside the home as well, and kept quality conversation throughout his visit. He took customer service to the next level.In 3 years, I've never had a bad visit from Arete. Even when we were having moisture issues under the house, which caused a slug issue, they had a solution until the root of the cause could be fixed. And since the 2nd treatment (which happened in the first two months, as expected) we have had zero bug issues. And they are a fraction of the cost of their competitors. All the stars for Arete!

I can finally say I’ve met an HONEST salesman! Quickly scheduled me for service and Arete was out to my house in no time to get exclusion job for the squirrels that made a home in my attic done .10/10 I would recommend to anyone ! Lifesavers 👍

Great to work with! Friendly customer service And I was never put on hold. The service was very thorough and they did a great job! The two times we had minor issues with bugs, we called in and they came back out within two days and re-serviced my home for free. I have been very pleased with the service this far.
We've had Arete take care of everything from spiders to wasps and all the other bugs and undesirables. They even took care of our gopher problem! Their service rep was very friendly and respectful and let me know exactly what he'd be doing in all the areas he'd be treating. I would highly recommend these guys without any hesitation at all. Pesky ants all over my yard. The technician Chad arrived on time as scheduled. A week later no ants. I’m very pleased with this company’s service and my ongoing scheduled quarterly treatment. Charges are very reasonable compared to other companies I spoke with before choosing Arete.
